New Student Info:

*No experience necessary, all levels are welcome

*Avoid meals 2 - 3 hours prior to class. It is best to practice on an empty stomach.

*Drink plenty of water before class, come well hydrated

*Shorts and halter top or tank top best - wear something you are comfortable sweating in.

*Please no perfumes, colognes, or oils.

*Please no cell phones or pagers in the yoga room

*Please no street shoes in the yoga room

*Please no conversation in the yoga room prior to or after class - many students use this time for quiet relaxation.

*Please arrive 20—30 minutes early to register for first class

Bring to Class:

*Mat—loaner mats available for 10 day trial students. Mat rental $2.00

*Large towel and washcloth—towel can be purchased for $4.50.  

*Large bottle of Water—water can be purchased at studio
