REACTIVATION POLICY   If your class card expires, you may re-activate your card for a specific time frame within 6 months of it's expiration date. You may only re-activate your card one time. This applies only to 5, 10 and 30 class cards. Sorry, but we cannot apply this to Living Social and Groupon cards. 

Reactivation Fees:
